Cancellation Policy

All therapists are subcontractors. Please be mindful that they do not get paid for their time to set up and be there for appointment if client does not show. We have made the following policies to ensure that therapists are compensated for their time.

Single Services- 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. A credit card number is required at time of booking appointments. If the client “No Shows”, a $20 fee will be charged.

Multiple Services including Couples Massage- 48 Hour Cancellation Policy. A credit card is required at time of booking appointments. If client cancels between 48 hours and 24 hours of appointment, a 50% charge of service will be charged. If client cancels within 24 hours before scheduled appointment, a full charge will be made, full price of all services.
