Reflexology


Reflexology is when you apply gentle pressure to certain parts of the feet(and hands). This method relaxes and helps alleviate stress so that your body can heal itself. The theory is that the foot is a map of the organs and systems in your body and when pressure is applied to these specific points, It is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area. Studies show that reflexology may reduce pain and psychological symptoms such as stress and anxiety.
