If you have a gift certificate please call us to redeem, our gift certificates are currently on a different software
If you would like to book a couples massage please call us to book an appointment. Our current booking software is not capable of scheduling two simultaneous appointments
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If less than 24 hours notice is given there is a 50% service charge to cover your Therapist/Aestheticians time. The only exception to this is sickness, however we require you to call first thing in the morning so we can possibly fill this appointment slot.
All prepaid appointments or gift certificates cannot be refunded but given a store credit. Please book carefully, if you have any questions please give us a call.

Cancellation Policy
All therapists are subcontractors. Please be mindful that they do not get paid for their time to set up and be there for appointment if client does not show. We have made the following policies to ensure that therapists are compensated for their time.
Single Services- 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. A credit card number is required at time of booking appointments. If the client “No Shows”, a $20 fee will be charged.
Multiple Services including Couples Massage- 48 Hour Cancellation Policy. A credit card is required at time of booking appointments. If client cancels between 48 hours and 24 hours of appointment, a 50% charge of service will be charged. If client cancels within 24 hours before scheduled appointment, a full charge will be made, full price of all services.
